By using our services or accessing the VyBrows Beauty Academy website, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before booking or enrolling in a course.
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all clients using services at VyBrows Beauty Academy, including: PMU permanent makeup services, skincare, hair spa, and professional training programs at 13192 Bellaire Blvd #B, Houston, TX 77072.
2. Booking & Cancellation
📅 Booking
- ✓ Book via Fresha, phone, or Messenger
- ✓ Appointments are confirmed only after our response
- ✓ Some services require a deposit in advance
❌ Cancellation
- • Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment
- • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit
- • Emergency situations are handled with flexibility
3. Payment
- ✓ We accept: cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo
- ✓ Full payment is made after service completion (except deposit services)
- ✓ Prices may vary per case after consultation
- ✓ Taxes and fees (if applicable) will be clearly disclosed before service
4. Service Results & Touch-Up Policy
Service results, especially for PMU (permanent makeup), depend on skin structure, individual physiology, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We provide:
- ✓ Free touch-up within 6–8 weeks after the first session (for PMU)
- ✓ Aftercare support via phone/Messenger after service
- ✓ Re-consultation if you have any concerns about results
Note: We cannot guarantee results identical to sample images, as each person has different skin structure and tone. Our technicians will advise on the most realistic results for you.
5. Training Programs
- ✓ Tuition is paid according to the agreement at the time of enrollment
- ✓ Withdrawal before course start: 80% refund (up to 7 days before start date)
- ✓ Withdrawal after course has started: no refund
- ✓ Certificate issued after completing the full program and assessment
- ✓ VyBrows reserves the right to adjust the schedule in cases of force majeure
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, logos, text, and design, belongs to VyBrows Beauty Academy. Copying, distributing, or reusing without written permission is strictly prohibited.
